GRJ Baltic Explorer 2014

This was the Third Long Distance Tour with Great Rail Journeys made in September 2014 which included travel by Train, Boat, Plane and Coach and lasted for 15 days. This Holiday had many highlites including visits to Germany, Scandanavia, The Baltic States, Finland and Russia.

Again starting from London St. Pancras via Eurostar to Brussells (Belgium), Thalys to Cologne (Germany), DB ICE to Bremen. Then on to Copenhagen (Denmark), Stockholm (Sweden), Ferry across the Baltic to Riga (Latvia), Coach to Tallinn (Estonia). Followed by another Ferry across the Baltic to Helsinki (Finland) and finally train to St. Petersburg (Russia). We chose to return to London by air (via Frankfurt).
